Grace House

In Grace House, we know that becoming a mother at a young age comes with many challenges and responsibilities. This is a special time in your life, but it can also be overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to offer you the guidance and support you need to navigate this important journey.

Grace House provides a safe, stable environment where pregnant and parenting teens can focus on caring for themselves and their babies. Our team will be there with you as you make important decisions about your health, your child, and your future, helping you grow into the strong mother you want to be.

Your Health is A Priority

Adolescent mothers are often at higher risk of pregnancy complications, including premature and low birth-weight deliveries. While at Grace House, you'll have access to comprehensive prenatal care to help you and your baby stay healthy. We’ll arrange and provide transportation to all your medical appointments, and our on-site health team will be there for you with one-on-one support, so you never feel like you're doing this alone.

Preparing for Parenthood

Motherhood is a big responsibility, but you don’t have to face it on your own. At Grace House, we provide daily parenting support and weekly parenting classes to help you understand how to care for both yourself and your baby. You’ll learn essential skills from our experienced Child Care Center staff, and we’ll help you feel more confident as you step into your new role as a parent.

St. Ann's Social Work Services team will help you identify goals for yourself and offer opportunities for you to explore your interests, express yourself and find support in your community.
